Snetterton - Hylton Volvo Snetterton Stages:

Our first shakedwon event of the season was held at Snetterton Race circuit in Aug 2015. During the event we took 9 fastest-in-class stage times out of 9 stages completed, with only a puncture preventing a potential rally victory. We were also fastest 2WD car on 6 of the ten stages, and fastest overall on the final two stages.

Donnington - Rainworth Skoda Dukeries Rally:

Following the succesful event at Snetterton, the team headed to the Donnington for the first tarmac rally to be held there since the early 90s. A slow start, including a collision with another competitor(!), was followed by a storming drive which saw the crew head into the final stage in 2nd place overall, 1st in the 2.0 class and ahead of all the 2.5 entrants. Sadly, a poor perfroming lamp pod caused the team to lose time on the final stage miles, and we completed the event in 3rd place overall, still taking the class award.

Rentokil Initial Killarney Historic Rally 2015

After spending the season preparing the car to contest one of our "bucket-list" dream events, we were dealt a huge blow when the Killarney Historic event was abandoned on the morning of the event as Storm Desmond swept across Ireland. Depsite having entry fee returned, we estimate that around £4000 was spent for zero stage miles ;( On a positive note, it does mean that the car enters the winter off-season in excellent shape, ready for whichever event we choose to contest next.
